You have a better chance of getting your cash back through paypal so you might want to just file a dispute with paypal about the transaction .. just don't mention virtual goods because PayPal doesn't support trading of virtual goods

I sold him my account, so I didn't spend any money.

However, he now has my account that's worth over $4,000.

Contacted Steam support, with full proof that it's my account. I claimed that my account had been hijacked.

Please, spread the message. I've already lost my account, I wouldn't want ANYTHING like this to happen to anyone else. This is wrong.
