Skinning screw-up

I skinned a paladin, but when I changed it in the editor and played it, the model no longer has a head or legs, and is pure red, the player color. What's the problem?

You might have gone beyond the bounds of the skin in those areas.

Well...his entire model except for his torso is gone, just the hero glows. And his torso is pure player color.

I've had that problem when trying to edit the skin for the Orcish Blademaster, and also everytime I try to edit the skin for Urkdrengi's Lothar model. And all I did with that one was make Lothar's beard gray instead of brown. I don't know what's up with that.

You obviously ly changed the alpha channels. just create a new skin and copy what u made on to it

maybe you just had the quality as low when you saved it as an mld?
