So, those of you who use Yahoo! might have noticed on the front page that the Russians test flew their first, new 5th gen fighter aircraft named the T-50. This aircraft is almost a direct allusion to the USAFs F-22. It looks like it, and acts like it according to the Sukhoi test pilot. If you don't already know, Sukhoi was and is an accomplished aircraft manufacturer of fighter aircraft mostly, like Tupolev with bombers; the Sukhoi Su-27 "Flanker" and Sukhoi Su-37 "Super Flanker," the former proving to be a match for planes like the F-18 and the latter matching to the F-18 and F-16 are just examples of Sukhoi's accomplishments.
