it's the team balancing plug in. it doesn't do what it's supposed to. and when the teams are stacked it will switch the lowest scoring person from the winning team a lot of the time.
it actually has made the team stacking worse, even though i have noticed a very distinct climb in the community attempting to keep stacking in check.
mayhaps it's time to take the training wheels off and give it a spin without it?
