Does anyone know how to get the frog lure in the fishing hole?

oh. that one. man it's been forever since I've played that game. I need to beat it again. But anyway, to get the frog lure you have to *SPOILER* beat the first 8 levels in the ball-rolling game that the fishing lady has in her building *END SPOILER* it gets kinda annoying at parts, but it's still fun.
