well lets break it down for you Dilla, Lizzard is being transfered from upper NY, to about an hour away from Stratford, Ct and about 5 min. away from Foxwoods Casino. Now Lizzard is in the Navy and one of the biggest navel bases in New England is an hour away from Stratford and 5 min. away from Foxwoods Casino. Also a naval base (which should not be confused with your belly button) is where they build biiiiiiiiig boats. As a matter of fact there sooo big they call them ships.

Now, they need a place to park those biiiiig boats (AKA ships).

They call those docks.

When they have a whole lot of docks all toghter they call this a port, and when the port is owned by the Navy it's called a NAVAL BASE.
