Trouble Installing Battle For Middle Earth, help

Hello, I tried to install Battle For Middle Earth on my laptop, but it wouldn't.

The installation was fine up until the time it was actually installing, in which case, once it got to 12 percent, a message came up saying that it was having trouble installing because it couldn't read something, and it asked me if I wanted to have it try to read it again or cancel the installation.

I pressed retry, but the same message came up a minute later.

HELP!!!

1. check the EA forums
2. What's your set-up/os ?
i have BME and had no problems, maybe the disc it scratched ?
But your best bet is to check the EA BME forums.
Also get exactly what the error message was and do a google search.
That's all that i can think of....

most of the time is because the CD is scratched... and if it is new, then i could say is a factory failure...

Probably a factory fault, some data missing from the disc, it's pretty unlike EA though. Anyway, yeah, check the EA forums as said above, and give me some stat's for your pc man .

k, I have a Dell 1520 (laptop) with vista (YAY!!! not), um...its like a year old, ill get back 2 u guys
