Tutorial for begginers (so they get game license)

There should be tutorial for begginers so when they come they enter they see the option turtorial they click it and then they learn how to play and what re the controls and how to change em . The game license would be like saying , i passed the tutorial it could be like a achievement.

good idea its kinda hard when you have not idea what to do and dont know the maps

umm i was thinking a map that lets you train your skills like you can choose , shot gun , pistol , assult , sniper it could get your skills up like if it was in the police were they take you throu briable periods of training .
