they are basicly points you get from a nintendo game,
you scratch off a grey thingy-ma-jig and type the code in nintendo-europe.com

you can trade the codes for some stuff like t-shirts ringtones wallpapers, if you get enough you can get some crap wii games lol

but now you can get wii points!
