what about grave diggaz? that was my shit too. too short, probably my
favorite and goes completely against this whole side of my story, but so
it is.
i was directing my comments toward stuff like 50 and kanye, jsut wont
ever do it for me again. i used to be a huge wu fan, still listen to 36 chambers
from time to time, but even it has lost some of its earlier appeal. dont get
me wrong, its still in my top 10-15 albums all time, i just think some of my
ideals have changed over the last 12 years...ya know?
was andre 3000 the dude from outkast? he lost me like 2 albums ago. i think his
lyrics and shit are great, its teh presentation that throws me off sometimes.
maybe mmf captured it right when he said "non-bling"
some crazy organic hip-hop jazz, now thas wassup!
and beasties.....whole different category, DIFFERENT LEAGUE, not even the
same frickin' continent as the shit i am thinking of in my head but dont have
enough time wasted in them to accurately recall their name, much less a
song title.
thats what i was getting at, i think... =\ ? (i suck with written language as
