Wiimote has the case of the stickys :(

So, unfortunately, My mom managed to spill pop or juice on my new wiimote. Fortunately, it still works but the buttons stick when I press them Any suggestions on how to fix this?

you could try wiping it with wet wipe. or taking it apart and cleaning buttons.

its not soaking wet
just a little damp it doesnt damage it or anythin

Clorox Wipes will do the trick. They are moist, not wet, so no damage will happen to the WiiMote.

If you plan on using something wet, like a wet wipe, just make sure to take out the batteries for the wiimote a while beforehand. As long as you make sure there is no electricity running through the wiimote while using a wet wipe, everything will be just fine. Since there are things like capacitors in the wiimote, just take out the batteries (maybe even a whole day or two) early. You do not want to short out something in your wiimote. After all the power is drained, though, it should be fine to get it wet. Just make sure that you get it TOTALLY dry before putting batteries in again.
