I'd say any of the incoming games: SSBB, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Super Mario Galaxy... but of the current set, maybe Zelda or Wii Sports. The new Harry Potter is also a pretty good game, at least the Wii version. One of the best movie to game conversions ever made.

For me its got to be zelda or excitetruck , zelda is , well , zelda really isnt it so it was always going to be good and excitetruck although it lacks depth offers some truly great gameplay
