What's the 29 of April? :/

Normally it's on the 30 of April, but because that's a sunday, they switched it to the 29 this year. It's a holiday here in the Netherlands, which I usually ignored. This time I'll make it different though.

I only need to find a place to crash the night in Amsterdam though... and a way to get there. Though the second isn't really much of a problem.

Koninginnedag. Translated to 'Queensday.'
I'm not sure how much it lives, as I mostly ignored it. But like I said, this year is different. After hearing what artists/bands/DJ's/rappers are going to perform and who it is going to presentate, I am definitely there to watch it. The only big problem is how to get back as I can't travel for free anymore when I go home. (and I'm quite broke)

That might be canceled. But I haven't heard anything from since I was accepted for the job, so I'll be left in silence. And even if I am paid, it is probably on the end of the month (read: 30 April) which is a day late... and I don't like to borrow money, probably also because I don't know what I'll earn.

Though I have enough money to spend some time with, I don't think I have enough money to get back from Amsterdam to where I live.

Walk? I heard that before. If I'd start to walk, it would take me weeks to get there. Assuming that I get lost halfway there.

Amsterdam isn't really close to where I live, you see. Actually... it's quite far away.

Take a bus? Works most of the time.

I need money for the bus too. Not to mention it will take several hours, meaning that I either have to leave before 10 AM to there on time, or I have to leave a day early (and for free) and sleep somewhere in the park.
