Making a quick sandwich can be done during the same time... or just buy something on the way to school/work, or at school/work. I always prefer the second one; I'm addicted to chicken-nuggets.

Perhaps, It's not too bad to eat healthy & organic food either.
I must admit that I begrudge people that can actually drink non-diet coca cola and eat meat, candy with sugar once a week etc...
I am so called addicted to healthy, sugar free & organic food and can barely eat anything else without feeling pangs of conscience.

Bah, some people eat just more than others. A school friend of mine has the same problem (some people like it, but I don't) as myself. We can eat (and drink) a lot... and then I mean, a lot(3 cans of choco is quite normal for him... a hour, that is). But the problem is, we don't gain any weight.

I am still an underweight, after all these years.

Regarding eating healthy food. Well, that depends a bit what you see as 'healty food.' Bread is healthy, but so is cheese and milk, as example. I find milk disgusting, and haven't drank it for quite a number of years now. :p
"Edwin, what's that on your sandwich?" - Niels van Baarlen, assistent radio dj.
"Cheese." - Edwin Evers, a radio dj.
"Oh, nice and healthy." - Niels
"Yeah, it still is. But I'm sure that some kind of research results in that cheese will improve the chances of gaining cancer." - Edwin

Sugar free and organic? o_O
I know a few people who are organic nuts. But not extreme enough to cut out sugar completely and/or turn everything organic.
