yes. Nintendo is more of what you need. ps3 and so on has a lot of extra features that doesn't really do much and they cost a lot too. like microsoft...

so it would have snes (nes and snes), gba (gba gb gbc), wii (gc and wii) and and ds slot... 4 slots is all it would need.

as for the developer's channels... with wiiware it could be a reality maybe? If nintendo open up wii ware to developers, maybe they will open up channel system to them too... we can only hope
