Heavy Vest or Light Vest?

I personally like the Heavy Vest, but I have seen a lot of both. What do you think?

I have used both vests.. I like the light for the speed factor.. dodging side to side in CQC has really improved getting much better KDR.. This past weekend was my first couple of days with the light vest.. and I will stick with it...

Light Vest reduces armor and increases speed, Heavy Vest increases armor and reduces speed.

*Edit* I don't use a vest because I like the average speed/armor, not because It's too expensive.. I think you should add that option in there.

Not true, I actually have had experience in this matter, players who wear heavy vest are noticeably slower than the rest and they also have the increase in defense and from what I know, light vest makes you pretty darn fast but makes you an easier target to kill because of the lack of defense - I can only say this because I am a light vest user and people with heavy vest are a hassle for me. And I use the G36E FTW

I use the Medium vest just because it's kinda pointless to get a bit extra armor/speed but to fail in the other stat. I just can't decide between being a sitting duck or getting to shot to pieces in a few seconds.
