Heavy Vest or Light Vest?

I'd pick Heavy vest just for the sake of it. I not a fan of body upgrades. I only buy weapons.

lol i think the light vest is better even though it takes 2 bullets from a g36e to kill me sometimes haha but does it really matter with all the speedhackers around now ?
