After writing, constantly holding the phone and e-mailing without any replies, I have lost my patience with Nintendo Of Europe. Worst customer service in gaming companies. I've decided to return the Wii to GAME (which they happily said they'd do after I show the problem in action) instead of taking the painful way of ringing Nintendo.
Sure, I'll lose my VC games and I'll have to get a new Friend Code for Mario Strikers, but my older brother said he'll pay to download the VC games again in small monthly payments.
Meh.
