I will let the cat out of the bag. I have found out that when your behind someone do not aim ANYWHERE above the torso, headshots included. Just unload your weapon of choice into their legs and theres your kill. At a far range I wouldnt even bother, but if your chasing someone down in Junk Flea it's allmost certain you will get the kill.
