It just plain sucks with Combat Arms and the FPS aren't that great.

Oh, well then nevermind.. Growler so far runs with the least lag that I've found.

Oh, Fraps has perfect quality... its just the trial version makes it so that you can only record 30 seconds...

I mostly use fraps for mine but I'm not used to Sony Vegas as of yet(I've messed with but still a little confusing). I downloaded a registrated version of it on thepiratebay.
