Yeah, I would think that in a situation where two ppl shoot each other lethally at the same (or very closely) the same time, one big factor would be ping. Lets say two people click their mice at exactly the same time, but one has a lower ping. Logic would say the if the server can receive and process the shot even milliseconds faster, than to the server (as opposed to real life) one person has shot first, and thus wins the bout. blah
