Almost anyone can use the {BAKED} tag at will. 1st and formost 
LEASE {BAKE} responsably, Students, Profesional Caregivers, operators of heavy equiptment, or medical personal are not the kind of people we need {BAKED}. No one under 18 may admit to it while wearing the {BAKED} tag (I won't be held liable for coruption of minors or toaster oven burns from careless Munchie preperation). You do not ALWAYS have to play {BAKED} to be a clan member, it is enough if you have been {BAKED} durring the prior four hours and twenty minuts or plan on getting {BAKED} in the upcoming four hours and twenty minutes and still claim {BAKED} membership. Other than that, you all welcome to play {BAKED} any time!
