what are all your opinions?

personally i love using a knife to kill someone who i sneak up on so that i don't let other people know I'm there, facilitating more knife kills. It also makes me feel accomplished.

Knife only matches however are not so fun for me.

I disagree, first of all, your kill count's first 4 letters are leet, second, sneaking up is practically impossible seeing as people are always running or being paranoid.

I see your point, chasing people down is hard, and i usually shoot those ones. But snipers almost never see/hear me coming. campers are mostly the same way as well.

Do you think a light vest and or beanie would make chasing down runners with a knife more effective?

yeah, knife only matches are hard, it takes time to get a feel for the knife range.

But if you can effectively use them in other match types i think they're really handy.

actually, head shots with a knife aren't that hard, although sometimes the angles make it imposable

They're okay..... but it's just not the same without the nice loud Quake/CS "HUMILIATION!!" sound when someone gets knifed. Right now I get nothing from it. So you knifed someone, big deal :/

I always try to knife the last person in a OMA game. Other than that barely ever use them.
