M24 Sniper stronger than Dragonuv?

m24 is better than Dragunov because of its higher accuracy the m24 has farther range, thus a m24 user can pick of the Dragunov user first.

The only way an M24 can kill in one shot, is if there are other variables added.

Ex. They have some sort of damage already, light vest or death by a headshot of course.

M24 is generally used for 1 shot one kill. More specifically, in the head. The Dragonov is a loud, 2 shot killer. So if you want to be stealthy, grab the M24, if you want to run and gun, go for the Dragonov.

Bullet usually registers in the back, yes. It would be cool to have a metal backpack that bounced back bullets away whilst you were getting your ass out of somewhere. More specifically, when the super spy is chasing you with a minigun . >.<

It would be good, but I dont see them doing it, unless they really make your mobilty low. And plus, it would have to do the same as the heavy vest, and only leave you with like 1 hp after a shot with the l9. But multiple shots from the minigun would have to kill you, multiple shots from just about any gun would have to kill you, just like the heavy vest.
