A couple of weeks ago my wife wanted me to buy her the Matisyahu CD. Rather than spend $15-$18 for some crappy CD I did this and got both CD's for about $3.50
So I have used www.allofmp3.om for a little while now. So far I have no complaints. I put $15 in my account and went to town. Selection is good, quality is good (I choose 192k), and everything is straightforward.
I pay per MB downloaded, but the average price for a full album is $1.90. I love it because there are no hassles.
The only thing that I do not like is that you must download one song at a time. The bandwidth is also throttled to about 50k/s per download. One way I work around this is I use firefox and get all of the songs downloading at the same time. So the 50k/s is multiplied by 12 or however many songs there are.
So anyway, I am happy. If any of you want a no headache way to d/l drm free mp3s at a reasonable price this is a good way to do it. If I have any bad experiences I will post them. 8) 8) 8)
