how does the factory thingy work, as an employee making something I cant get a icon uploaded.

How does it work?? Plz help it's kind of annoying not getting it to work!!

if u put app for the company u want to work for and they set on how much u get payed and when u get payed. my company pays every 3 days

Yéh ok I figured that out, but than you need to make stuff and for that you also need to select a icon (32 x 32 or smaller) but when i select something for it, fill out the rest and try to create it, I get an error that says couldn't upload icon :s
