Something needs to - shit looks like the Sunday comics now.

Great pics Dev - I carry a camera bag too, but there's usually more than a camera in it.

PUFF PUFF!

flash speeds up the aging process of the paintings....i think?

you know what else it does? Something neat i found out back in the day. I dont know if it works on LCD monitors but regular CRT ones it should.

If your have your Screen Saver up and STEP AWAY FROM YOUR COMPUTER, take a picture or just use the flash of a camera aimed at your monitor the screen saver will shut off. Why? I don't know.. if any of you guys know pm me :]

Yea, it does this in cooperation with your camera. There is a little "camera acknowledgment sensor" imbedded in every computer monitor that Kodak implanted under the cooperation of most monitor makers. If it sees a camera (that isn't from Kodak) then it stops your screen saver long enough to send your credit card info to Kodak to complete your transaction.

no thats not what they are worried about with the "illegal picture thing"

Japan owns all the media copyright laws for the sistine chapel. Thats why you're not supposed to photograph in there

so i'm looking up who "owns" the sistine chapel and i get nothing but these two responses. I'm curious now. Did Benedict sell the rights to sony? what's going on with it?

"Sony claims to won "copyright" on the Sistine chapel, having financed a long and expensive restoration"

but

"The Holy See’s annual budget of around 200 million euros is smaller than some individual dioceses around the world. It owns the Sistine Chapel and the 500-year old collection of the Vatican Museums, but the new Pope Benedict could not sell his way out of a liquidity crisis like a company executive. The Vatican says it cannot sell its art treasures because they represent the heritage of all humanity."

Personally I think they just want you to buy the book of Vatican City for 27 euros (Which I did for my parents) and there's a shitload of pictures of the Sistine Chapel. No flash photography is allowed in the Vatican City b/c the flash can age the paint faster, but if there is no flash then there is no harm.

Not with us bunny, haha. I have no idea who it is, he's rather chubby and so that means he's probably not Italian b/c they're all skinny!
