Upgrade to a gigabit router and gigabit Wireless card. That'll help. Past that you're basically relying on something slightly better than 56k technology.
Past that, there's nothing legal that you can do to your card. You could probably boost the Wi-Fi signal of the router if you have direct control over it, but I personally don't screw with that kinda shit.
