I would say he his a scam since I contacted him on skype and he pretended as if he does not sell games. He had the same display picture as he has on here but he was like I dont sell any games or etc.. so yeah I guess scam time. so be careful people....

Did you also check your paypal's email? 'cuz the same thing happened to me, he sent to the paypal email and it was different than my real email. Just chargeback the money if you don't get the game.
Also his email didn't appear in inbox or spam, I had to search the title of email to find it which was strange, but try this also.
