The Wii can play .mjpeg and .flv files through a network connection.

I have a folder on my PC that holds the full first season of heroes in .flv format.
I then use the opera browser to connect to my PC's IP address to access those files )

it says you can listen to your own music while seing a slideshow on the photochannel, only you have to get an SD card...

maybe i will try that, i never knew about it.

I think you can only listen to music during the slideshow, but I might be wrong.

There is a way to browse the mp3's on your PC and play them through the internet channel.
