just about anyone can make a sig its not hard...a good graphic design program that is free is at gimp.org you can take just about any image and do just about anything to it...and if you ask why i dont have a sig its just that i dont really have time to make one nor do i really want one...

...or it's because you can't make one. Anyway, GIMP sucks. I have that, Photoshop CS3 and Microsoft Digital Image Pro 10. Out of them I favor the last one.
