Ive currently begun work on two new maps:
Nightmare Tower Defense
and Nightmare Arena.

Since they exist in idea only, i cant tell you wassup with them...yet.
in fact, i want your help :wtf:
I cant seem to figure out the whole TD thing...
and suggestions are nice too :yay:

(oh yeah, and werewulf, your wulf model inspired me to the TD. the arena just branched off )
so i already have one person to accredit to this maps creation...whos next ^_^

Ok, so you've got a title, and a theme. I think you might need more to get people to join...

Nightmare TD should be about some monster invasion or so, ofcourse that happens at night time

undead- you have a point there :wtf: I -have- made some progress but not that much...as of right now, 2 heroes in the arena (1 spawn point and revive bases added too) and the terrain for the td is being planned out...but yep. definitely shouldve done more before posting. TY for pointing that out XD

Raging- umn....hehehe. i was planning on the monsters being towers and like hunters of evil or something as the enemies. TDs need a change of pace sometimes :infernal:

Sounds interesting, a new idea. What kind of tileset were you planning on using? (for both)

Dalaran Ruins, most likely. i might swap out the tilesets if i think of a better one (ruins is for both maps...)

Again, suggestions are...well...suggested. :wtf:

And an update, ive supposedly got the terrain for nightmare td done....Again though, might change my mind...after all, i cant decide on what variety of td i want to make--nvm i just thought of it (yes, im plotting as i type. whats so weird about that)....

As of right now i only need help with figuring out an effective triggering system for the td...
wait do we have a topic on that somewhere?

[edit] oh yeah, more problems are obviously going to pop up along the road, so look here occasionally.

Hm, you could always Download another TD and examine their triggers...
Wintermaul is good for that cause it has specific paths, and everyone uses it :yay:

hmn...i just need help figuring out the spawning so i guess stealing from wintermaul isnt THAT much of an atrocity....right?

Lending such basic triggers from another map does no harm, go right ahead
