So whatcha got horses-wise?? She been dynoed??

"Scotty, I need more power"

"She's givin ya all she can, Cap'n. Any more and she'll tear herself aparrrt!!!!"
Yeah it has been dynoed three times for various tuning purposes. It put down 155 wheel horsepower on a dyno known for giving low horsepower numbers. If you transfer that to dynojet its about 180 wheel horse. But its prolly like 210 at the flywheel.

Nice...Gotta tell ya, I would never imagine getting @200hp out of yer car with just bolt-on aftermarket parts and no deep engine work.

So fess up, how often are u jerkin off online to all the turbos/intercoolers available??? I'd say you could throw another 30hp with a reasonable setup---even more with an outrageous one. Good luck with her. And keep drivin it like its stolen, people who own nice cars and dont drive em make me wanna punch em in the face...lol.

PS: 210hp = ??? sheeppower

30hp?? shiiiit If I went turbo I would make another 100hp to the ground. Probably another 140 @ the flywheel. But turbo kit would run me $5k and a new fuel management system would cost $4300 so that would be the big bucks.
I'd like to put this body kit on

the kit is like $2500 and rims will cost me about $2k plus tires which would be around $500-600. So the next mods are gonna be pretty expensive. And late this summer.

a twin-screw supercharger would be nice for a celica :p

plus its a shit ton of boost, and u dont get turbo lag

The problem with superchargers for 4 cylinder cars is that they dont put out a lot of boost. So unless you have a fully built engine youre not gonna make much more than 40-80 horse for about $3-4k

Thats what I meant...30hp is about the norm for the average turbos. It sounds like yer gonna throw some major $$$ though so you'll be crossin the 100 hp line.

I like that body kit too----well worth the money for the time yer puttin into it...but stay with black, it may be a bitch to keep clean, but NOTHING looks better than an all-black car when its polished up.

PS: How often do u vacuum it??? Must be fuckin goat hair all over!!!!

You ever thought about buying parts made buy toyota racing development. TRD. It be a good investment and, doesn't void warranty. Or is it the actual trd celica? I was thinking you bought the kit. It looks extremely clean dude. Nice car. Just if you decide to go turbo. Do it the right way, cause I heard those engines blow alot after aftermarket turbo goes in. Be smart. I say build up the internals first.

Here's where you can get some aftermarket TRD parts

TRD Celica

TRD doesnt make much anymore with the celica production being stopped. And thats the APR wide body kit. I think TRD made a supercharger for it but it was like $5000 and gave you 40 hp which would be a waste of money. If tuned properly and keeping the boost to 5-6 lbs the car would run for quite a while. But without internals the engine would sooner or later take a dump. I think I might do the widebody kit first. Since I have never done any body modifications. I dunno what im gonna do lol.
