add to that that it wasnt released to a big main stream media outlet it was on the radio in some bum fuck town in texas
cheney say he dont need to cuz he let property owner (who wasnt there) report it
then property owner say "im not doing it let family"

I want to remind the posters here that in politics it is not the crime but the cover-up. The fact this timeline cannot be nailed down easily, and there are many more unknown details has me believing that Cheney had more than a single beer, or something more than what is being released has occurred.
Dick Cheney has been between corporate and political governing for the past 30 years. He is known as the most powerful vice president in the history of the United States.
Dick Cheney routinely goes on outings where he shoots dozens of pen released birds in an afternoon. I consider him of poor character, and not a hunter. Skeet shooting is more appropriate.
He is the single most powerful man on earth, and he has shot someone. If the same series of events happened to any other person in the United States they would have a lawyer retained and media coverage. This man was shot close enough to have a pellet aggravating the muscles around his heart. This was much more major then what has been reported. We have not heard from a true witness, one of the additional members of the party.
