major issues with the local exchange from 6pm till about 12:30am every day, starts even earlier on the weekends. on weekdays daytime its absolutely fine but the rest of the time servers i ping 40ish to normally becomes 140ish

My mate moved to yokohama, and he get 840mbs, but cant get facebook (bummer).
