Which weapon to have in backpack slot with L96A1?

id say something for closerange so u can defend yourself if you get flanked

like a ump, or scar

or if you want an assault rifle, use a shotgun as a secondary

none of you guys mentioned any smg's (other than roger117)
whenever most people are shopping for a gun they just look at the smg's and just see that it has a lot less damage than an AR, which is what i originally thought
then i tried the mp5: two thumbs up
with the mp5, or any smg, you can move around like a monkey on crack and the crosshairs will never move as far out as your crosshairs do when you jump around sprinting with an AR
I reccomend you get an mp5 with a scope and most importantly an extended clip (makes a monstous difference) and dont get a silencer
