Wii Remote uses Bluetooth, PC can use Bluetooth adaptors to connect to Wii Remote and applications like GlovePIE & Wiidrum can be used.

But this is/was a thread about WiiDrums, nothing to do with Nintendo! A guy used GlovePie to make his Wiimote turn in to a virtual drum kit. There are no visuals so you don't look at your screen and hit a drum kit, you are just waving the wiimote around and your PC makes what your doing in to drum noises.
