Well I think it might of been Sin and Punishment and The Lost Levels combined since they were both pretty surprising.

If it's a decent firmware update, it's (give or take) worldwide.
If it's a demo however, it could be US first.

Yea it includes Canada and Mexico but It's most likely to be worldwide..
