Can This System Run CA?

I am getting this older computer in my room on Monday (w00t, i get a comp in my room finally!), and i was wondering how well i could run CA.

Specs
OS: Windows 7 32-bit
CPU: Intel P4 3.0GHz
RAM: 1GB DDR (PC2400)
GPU: Radeon 2400 256MB

i know it meets requirements, but i want to know how playable it will be.

It will run well enough, not superb, but alright. Load fast enough, but not lightnening speed, etc etc.

your cpu is superb(i think, its better than mine), but if you want to guarantee no lag in game, and faster game load time, i would get a better video card and some more ram.
edit-my specs are:
-AMD Athlon 64x2 dual core processor 2.90 ghz
-3.5 gigs of ram
-ATI radeon HD 4670 (512 mb)
