Kicked after 5 mins and cant get on Nexon Fourm!!??? Please Help

When I log on to combat arms, I stay logged in for probably less than 5 mins then shuts down after saying cant connect to server.

And I also tried logging onto Nexons forum, but I cant log into the forum. A pop up comes up that says forumId:/accEntity.No:15702034.

Any ideas what this can be? I'm so lost.
