Tonight in-game, Illusion used the word "Rag Head" in reference to the Terrorists. Pretty funny shit I must say. But how does that differ from using the magical "N" word? It's still a racial stereotype. It's still hurtful to SOMEONE. No, it's not going to offend everyone, but it could. Who makes the call as to when it's offensive and when it's a joke?

This is and has been the PuNx server for years, if you don't like it get out. I'm tired of being all nice, a few people come in, take shit to literally and go cry to big brother. Not one person I have seen likes this mod. Yes we want to make it the most enjoyable server and it has been because we have fun and most of the fun comes from derogatory insults to regulars like fag, homo, lesbo, and we're still going strong. You ask if we stop and think about what we say? Ever stop and think, this is only a game and the people on the server come here to let loose and have fun? We don't have an impact on society and as a whole this shouldn't affect your life at all, it's a place we come to to get away from life and reality. It's a fucking video game and no matter how much you bitch and moan people are always going to say gay, fag, homo, etc. Deal with it, such is life, if you hate it so much don't play here. I'll tell you one thing though, you'll hate all the other servers because they're worse.
Let's invite all the fucking kids in and become a PG rated server because a few adults got offended by the word "gay". I know we have people on the server that are gay or bisexual, but everyone knows that when people say it, there's the slang use and the litteral use. I'll give you one guess which one we use here. Let's ban all the offensive language and see how much fun the server is.

I play on lots of servers...some are worse...some are ok. I honestly couldn't care less which server I am on...I suck regardless lol. I do enjoy the teamwork at PUNX I must say...but when hypocrits are being hypocritical...I got to keep it real and point it out bro. One man to another...you should be able to respect that atleast lol.

And NOONE cried to big brother. I voiced a couple things in a post in the PRIVATE section of sX, and someone read it and took it upon themselves to add the filter thing. Like I said...I couldn't care any less what any of you do...I even offered up my IP address so they could ban me and get it over with so you could all go about jerking each other off and laughing at the fag lmao.

Infact, if I remember correctly, I brought up something to the effect of "someone with some tolerance and consideration for others should be running the server" and was replied to (ingame) by Digi that, "Good thing it wasn't my call to make." gg. Before that comment by him, I was considering paying for a couple months server hosting as a donation for PUNX just cause I like most of the community and enjoy the teamwork atmosphere here that you don't find on most servers. Needless to say, I put my checkbook right back in the drawer.
Let the dumb comments roll off your back and remember that there are way more important things in life to worry about other than some morons on a game server acting like assholes.
I considered taking some time off a while back too for the comments and shit that I had been seeing. I mean, the hypocracy in that thread was hilarious. One guy is saying, "people in the server should not have to deal with hurtful remarks...blablabla..." and others are saying, "this type of stuff shouldn't be tolerated...blablabla..." but then you bring up the fact that "fag" and "homo" are INDEED hurtful remarks to some...and they laugh at you and call you a fag. Nemesis did this to me yesterday...then tops about 5 minutes of bullshit "homo" remarks with..."Hey you know I'm just kidding right?" I wonder what the sentiment would have been had he called me a nigger or a spic and then pulled the, "Oh I'm just kidding" bullshit. Yeah...perm ban I would imagine.
See, and that's ok...the masses agree with him...they don't like fags and I'm just getting "what I deserve" for having sex with other men.
