Best thing to do is have a good diet and excercise. If you have the money get a watch that can read your heart rate. The watch instructions will tell you where your heart rate should be for burning fat.

Basics
Eat good foods 6 times a day. Small meals.
Drink Cold water throughout the day.
Excersice 3-4 times a week for over 30 minutes. You want a good heart rate.

Thats it. Have fun.

Mega Weight and Mega Creatine is what some big dudes at my gym use
i just exersize and eat healthy ... you should be good to go
but also im a diabetic so i cant train ubar hard else ill pass out

lol they are telling you creatine, but taking roids I bet. I worked with a dude years ago wanted to "bulk up" spent over 2g on injectable shit, went form 115 to 165 in 3 months (he was 5'2).I tell you that stuff is freaky. He was very manic durring the cycle.

Crazy guys with no testicles, sounds like t's who dont rush DD's.

Anyway, where was that post of that link with that one guy's workout routine? I was gonna look back into that.
