Dr. Mario was a fun game. I could see it on the Wii as a puzzle game (rotate the remote to rotate the pill, etc.) They could always redefine the game into something else, but there are so many mario platformers already...

I've only seen Dr. Mario in SSBM, so I'm not sure about his real games...

its like tetris but completely different, same style though

its 3 types of little bugs in a medicine bottle
each level there are more than one of each bug

each bug is a different colour

theres pills that each end are different colours matching a specific bug

you match one end to the bug and get 3 of the same colour on top to kill it and try and kill all the bugs to reach the next level
