I was happy when I heard this news. I hope we can get Wii Points from the catalogue and Stars from the things we have downloaded on the Wii like they said we would be able to.

The stars are in the boxes of nintendo products you buy. They have Nintendo V.I.P on them and a scratch away panel then you just go on www.nintendo-europe.com and enter it after you select your language.
Its only avaliable to people in Europe though.

You can't sign up because from the USA, sorry. No point complaining, at least you Americans get games earlier than us, and you have VC games with better framerate. ^_^

To be honest, I'm not expecting anything from NOE. They suck balls in what they do, and usually they break their promises.

Although, they only have 100 points codes now
and you can only get codes 2 times a day, grrr
