He made his main appearence in LoZ Majora's Mask but he is also in earlier Zelda games.

YEAH!!!!!! You can make your own stage!!!! This is going to make the game soooooo sooooo sooooooo sooooooo much more fun! Timesplitters has a mapmaker, and I think that's one of the reasons Timesplitters is my favorite FPS game. You can do so much. It just makes the game sooo much better! I love this so much! Thank you Nintendo!!!!!!
