I think I proved that more than well when I was stepping to the direction of the school to demand changes because of the many people who failed. Threatening to destroy the good name was something I was hesitating about. It never came that far, luckily.

A picture does not say much. Not only is James' body still full in development - mine is nearing its limit -, which it is supposed to be at such an age, but often a picture can't say it all. In truth, I have quite a fragile body and I haven't fought for years. But when I do get in a fight, people quickly learn that it is hard to 'hurt' me. I'm quite agile.

Actually, you are. Many people aren't as tough as they pretend to be or look like. I'm quite short myself, I look quite fragile and I am not strong at all in physical strength. But many people rather have me as a "friend" than an enemy.

and 200 lbs is 90.91 kg.
The best squater in my school is someone name tray, who squats 500 lbs (227.27 kg)!
The best bencher in my school is also tray, who benches 295, (134.09 kg) (he is sooo close to 300 lbs!)
Right now i bench 200 (90.91)kg which is...4th in my school...im extremely disappointed, but 8 moth ago i got a shoulder injury from football, and i wasn't allowed to weigh lift...i hope to raise my bench press to 220 (100 kg) by the end of my summer (which will be extremely hard)
The reason why i got so mad at james is because tray has stood up for me ever since i remember, you guys should choose your friends wisely...and this is why
before i got my shoulder injury, i was a happy guy, cuz i was starting full back and all. When i got injured and 4 months past...i told my friends that it was only few days before i can play football again, and one day i was walkin home, and one of MY FRIENDS reinjured my shoulder, on purpose...I am not ashamed to say this...but he beat the shit out of me...i was taken by surprise...and i was injured...so my shoulder became fuked up again...now u might ask why didn't i tell the police, or my teacher about it? well where i live you can't do that sort of thing, or people will think your a pussy. the reason why he beat me up was to keep me injured so i couldn't play football, which meant that he would be the starting full back instead of me.
i was on the ground grabing my shoulder, and he was still kickin it...and i though that he'd injure it permenatly...but then tray came out of no where, and tackled him down, and gave him a beating...
This is why i got mad at james, because he was being racist against blacks, and tray is black, he has always stood up for me, and i will always stand up for him.
....and that kid that was suppose to be my friend that beat me up when i was injured...he moved away.
and i bet most of you guys think that im makin this story up...im not...this story dosn't make me look tough...so why would i make it up? This story actually makes me look weaker, cuz i got beat up (but remember i was injured, and taken by surprise)
so just to let you all know this is a real story which only happned about 10 months ago.

That is no reason to not report it. I am aware of how it feels in having a shoulder injury - a problem that got out of hand (literally too) because I was ignoring it - and also how it could return. Alas the reason why I stopped writing for so long and am unable to type with my speed of a few years ago... unless I really want to. But that only happens in important situations.

You, western countries, have various society. Here in Warsaw, the capital, the black man is a rare view. I have seen just few black children here in Warsaw in my whole life. I never shared school with a black kid (there were 2 asian girls during last two years, though). I personally have nothing against other races or nations (with few exceptions of course - I find myself not liking most of French I have an occasion to see). I am also sometimes a bit hostile towards Germany and Russia (mostly in case of historic reasons).

2. Just because you can bench 200 lbs doesn't mean your a good fighter or your tough or whatever. It doesn't impress me, and most guys who work out everyday end up just being big, and slow. I know many ways to hurt a guy no matter how big he is. And make him cry
But I'd never fight.
Now one final thing. You also were saying to james about how he shouldn't act all tough. Well what do you think you're doing? You're saying you can bench this and that and you're 4th strongest or w/e in your school, yet you flame someone for doing what you're doing-acting tough.
