man if we wanted to we could definetely find some kind of new fuel resource, the proble is that if we do find it and people start using , waaaaaayy to many companies are goin go bankrupt and the economy will be totally fucked up.

We already have the alternate fuel technology, its just the ability to manufacture enough of them wont be economical (we're well over 295 million here in the US----thats a lot of hydrogen fuel cells, solar water heaters, and whatever the fuck we'd do about home heating and generating electricity). We're dependent on oil for the next 30 years at least Good news is that oil stocks are up!! Bad news is all the profit you make on your oil stocks goes into running your car and heating your house.
