áya, big cities of course, but what kind of parties are ya talking about? if you mean the "good ol' scandinavian raves", then its surely big cities, but if you mean carnival or "lual" (kind of a party where you gather with your friends in the beach to do a lot of interesting things...), then both of them have in same quantity
