And do you mean stuck ups or suck ups? You never know with typos...
And if you do mean stuck ups, try using the word "aloof" to describe them instead.

ok, because they love themselves and are selfish. They pick fights and get their friends to fight for them. They think theyre really cool and try make girls laugh but theyre really lame and deserve to be beaten. Especially at my school.
and i hate them alot.

Bingo. People just put them above themselves because they feel special when they actually aren't.

I'm not too fond on it either... as a matter of fact, it's one of the only things that can make me lose my temper quickly. Though it is more like 'people looking down on me', is what makes me mad.

Arrogance is a common... thing.
