You know, Nexon's probably not going to give anybody their rank back. They truly have an F from the BBB, rating their customer service. Nexon has crafted phony conversations between them and various customers over tickets and sent them to the BBB just to raise their customer support. They blamed the hitbox glitch on LAG. Lol. People with optical fiber connections disproved that point. The Itech Reflex Scope bypassed the hitbox glitch, so lag is out of the question; Nexon lied. Nexon lied to the BBB. Nexon lies to you about their ban systems, and openly tell you that you did, in fact, hack/glitch/exploit an exp-gaining system in order to keep their "good" name. Similar things have happened on their other games, and they never once undid a single thing.
So... Not meaning to be cynical or anything, but you guys won't be getting your ranks/GP/NX cash back. It's pointless to even try, mostly because they don't even read tickets.

That's seriously a first for me. I've logged numerous tickets and never gotten replies, and so have a lot of other people. I've heard lots of stories. :/
Also, while you mention the hacker problem, notice how they don't create a majority-rule cheater-kicking function? They instead create the Elite Moderator NX option, just to milk the hacking situation for every cent it's worth. A majority rule function would keep corruption from seeping in (I've played with hacking elite moderators that would kick anybody they pleased for any reason... it's annoying as ****), and also keep people from having to pay to get rid of hackers. But, no, they don't feel like wasting the opprotunity to make a few million bucks off of this hacking hell that's come up. :/ I wonder if they're even TRYING to solve that hacking problem... :|
